I had a phenomenal experience working with Monadnock Ford in purchasing a new F-150 Lightning. Their pricing on the website was transparent. They didn't try to play any games or sneak dealer accessories I didn't want and just were an all-around honest group of people. I lived over an hour away and so came to an agreement with them over the phone and so when I came to finalize paperwork a few days later, nothing had changed from the initial agreement and they didn't try to aggressively sell me any add-ons. Easily worth the 80-minute drive to get to them from Central Massachusetts. The finance manager was also able to have all the paperwork set up perfectly so it was quick and easy to complete everything.
Good sales department even better service department. Super nice and knowledgeable. The service advisor was so refreshing to deal with. I was using a different service department from another local dealership that I bought my used Ford from and they were totally opposite. Rude always trying to not use my warranty I bought from them acting like I was doing something wrong by bringing my Ford to get worked on. I will only be using Monadnock Ford from now on.
