I had taken my Ford Escape to a different service center for a Customer Satisfaction Program Service, but after getting the run around I decided to try Monadnock Ford. They explained what to expect and they kept their word. I had planned on taking the shuttle to downtown Keene to wait, but they offered to drive me home, a 30-minute drive, instead.
